The CAPI Digestive and Gut Health Summit brings together 30 top gastroenterologists and related specialty physicians from Central Florida to join industry innovators for an intensive learning experience. A strategically crafted invitation-only (CAPI Members Only) attendee list blends with a thoughtfully curated program - delivering an inspiring experience to advance attendees in the fields of digestive health. Attendees for this non-CME event are selected by a committee to attend, as invited guests conference fees and meals are hosted by CAPI.

Exhibitor - $3,000

  • Exhibitor Showcase - Customize a day long learning experience for our attendees. We provide a six foot table with linen and WIFI (no electric). Includes Exhibitor Badges for two guests for the day, includes parking and meals. 

 

  • Interactive Engagement - Exhibit spaces are strategically positioned around the perimeter of the lounge where attendees are having meals and breaks.

  • Conference Lounge - As a core part of the one-day summit, our sponsors are invited to enjoy breakfast and lunch with our physicians.

  • Data Share - A list of all physicians in attendance with their contact information.

  • Exhibitor Sponsorship (valued at $3,000)

  • ​Program a Customized 30 Minute Session - Work with CAPI Conference Director to design a speaker session - you program the speaker and the content. Includes a badge for the speaker and one guest to be part of the session.

Getting There:  Caribe Royale Resort is located at 8101 World Center Drive -- Orlando, Florida 32821
Direct: (407) 238-8000 -- The Convention Center is located behind the hotel. Look for "Convention Center Parking" take a ticket - we will validate.  We are in Ballroom: Antiqua (1 - 4)

Entrance:  Self Parking. Take a Ticket. DO NOT ENTER THROUGH HOTEL - Follow Signs (see map below) to Convention Center. Follow directional signage to Ballroom: Antiqua (1 - 4)

​

Arrival:  The room will be open at 6:30am - opens to physicians at 7:30am

Badges: As an exhibitor ($3,000 level) you receive TWO conference badges (valid for entrance, parking, and meals). If you are a program sponsor ($6.000 level) you receive an additional badge for your speaker. 

​

Additional Badges:  In and effort to ensure that exhibitors don't out number the attendees, we don't offer any badge over what's included in your sponsorship.

​​

Name Tags: Please WEAR YOUR company BRANDED name tag so attendees cane easily identify you. Your conference badge won't have your name on it. 

 

Meals:  Exhibition Sponsors receive 2 badges (for meals) and Speaker Session Sponsors receive (3). The exhibition space is strategically placed around the perimeter of the room in which attendees will have meals - so please feel free to take your meals with the physicians or you can also eat once they go back into session.

​

Attendees: You will receive an email 48  hours after the event,  with a copy of the attendee list.​​
