The Central Florida Association of Physicians from the Indian subcontinent (CAPI), is a network of 600+ medical and dental professionals in Central Florida, working together to improve healthcare in the community and promote professional growth. We achieve this by providing educational opportunities, facilitating important conversations in the healthcare industry, and fostering connections among members.
One of CAPI's signature events, the CAPI Women's Leadership Forum, is held each year around Mother’s Day—providing a space for CAPI female physician members to empower, connect, and recharge. This year’s theme, "Strong Women, Strong Families," celebrates the incredible resilience of MOM DOCS—a room full of powerhouse women balancing their roles as physicians, mothers, wives, sisters, and friends. Through shared experiences and dynamic conversations, attendees will explore how embracing their own strength and well-being uplifts their families, careers, and communities.
In line with Mother's Day weekend, this exciting event was held at "La Coquina" at Hyatt Regency Orlando Resort (1 Cypress Boulevard - Orlando, Florida) on May 10, 2025 (11am to 2pm).
