Designed as a members-only experience for CAPI female physician members and spouses of members, the Forum has evolved into a trusted, women-centric gathering that honors leadership, wellness, and shared purpose. Held annually around Mother’s Day, this signature forum creates space for reflection, renewal, and authentic connection—celebrating the women who lead in medicine while balancing family, service, and community impact.

Nourish & Flourish is an invite-only wellness experience created to honor and restore women in healthcare through connection, reflection, and renewal. This intimate gathering brings together a select group of female CAPI physician members and the wives of CAPI members for a thoughtfully curated experience designed with intention and care.
Guests will engage in restorative wellness moments, inspiring conversation, interactive experiences, and meaningful peer connection—paired with elevated food and beverage offerings. Every element is designed to create space to pause, be present, and recharge alongside peers who understand the demands of leadership in medicine.
